Welcome to the Roaming Rascals website! We are a travel-loving family and we hope that our blog will inspire other families with babies and toddlers to get out and explore the world. There is nothing to be scared of – and in fact it can be the best experience you’ll ever have!
When we first found out we were expecting a baby we were worried that we might have to change our travelling lifestyle. But we soon realised there was no reason we couldn’t continue to do what we loved doing. We took our daughter on her first flight from England to Ireland when she was 10 weeks old and she hasn’t looked back since! By the grand old age of one she had been to over 20 countries. Then three years later baby number two came along and he has happily joined in with the globetrotting lifestyle too.
